Nigeria’s leading innovative telecoms company, Etisalat Nigeria, is creating more mobile value and fun for its music-loving customers with Nigeria’s first branded Spinlet music application called the Etisalat Spinlet Digital Music App, in partnership with international digital music download service, Spinlet. The App is designed to enable Etisalat customers download and share a broad collection of ethnic and international songs on their mobile devices.
The newly launched Etisalat Spinlet Music App allows customers to enjoy music on the move by downloading albums or tracks to mobile devices. The App is an affordable pay-per-download model and gives the Etisalat customer the advantage of free live streaming, so that friends can also enjoy the music.
Speaking about the new mobile music service, Chief Commercial Officer, Etisalat Nigeria, Wael Ammar, said the application was yet another innovative service from Etisalat to bring personalization and interactivity to its customers. “For our customers, downloading and sharing music is now cheaper, easier, mobile and legal. Etisalat customers now have access to an almost limitless library of musical content on the go. We have also made the application very easy to use and affordable. For us at Etisalat, it is about designing fun and entertaining services for customers because they are the centre of our business and we take them very serious,” he said.
Ammar also said the subscription plans for download were flexible, with interested Etisalat subscribers also enjoying bonus data for a seamless experience. “To start enjoying the music app, our music-loving customers are required to download and install the Etisalat Spinlet Digital Music app to a mobile phone or any other internet-enabled mobile device. Click on a preferred subscription plan on the app and begin to enjoy exclusive access to music tracks and albums,” he explained. “The appropriate charges will be deducted from airtime balance during subscription, and the subscriber need not worry about further subscription because subsequent renewals will be automatic,” further explained.
Chief Marketing Officer of Spinlet, Mark Redguard, confirmed that Etisalat Nigeria was the first network to have an exclusive Spinlet App. “The core essence of the Etisalat Spinlet Music App is to provide absolute enjoyment for the music lover.
