Franck Falézan brings a wealth of experience to his new role. As the managing partner and co-founder of PrimeStone Capital since 2014, he has played a crucial role in establishing an investment firm that has successfully driven strategic growth across various European companies. His extensive background in private equity is further underscored by his 16-year tenure at The Carlyle Group, where he held the positions of global partner and managing director. During his time there, Falézan led significant European buyouts and served on the boards of several companies in the industrials, healthcare, and media sectors.

Falézan’s career began at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in both Paris and London, focusing on corporate strategy and operational improvements. He holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mathematics from École Polytechnique in France, further highlighting his strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
